ances of the Colony of Hong Kong.

SHEWETH:

1. That your Petitioner is a private limited liability company incor- porated under the Companies Ordinances of the Colony of Hong Kong. The Directors of this Company are all of British nationality and with one exception resident in the Colony of Hong Kong. All employees of the Company are of British nationality and the Senior Officers of the Company are members of the Royal Air Force Reserve of Officers.

2. That your Petitioner's Head Office in located in Asiatic Building, Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong, and its Secretaries are Messrs. Lowe, Bingham and Matthews Chartered Accountants. Your Petitioner operates Offices, Branch Offices and Agencies at the following points :-

Hong Kong

Shanghai

Canton

Amoy

Chungking

3. Your Petitioner engages in the buying and selling of aircraft and aviation supplies and parts. Without exception all the aircraft supplies and parts marketed by this Company are of British origin and manufacture.

4. Your Petitioner holds agencies in Hong Kong and China for the following British manufacturers :---
